Research and Development

Development engineers and industrial designers prepare the necessary specifications in every detail in accordance with the requirements of the project leader, customer or marketing manager.

Our R& D department is divided into 2 sections, which are responsible for mold design and product development, respectively.

Using UG and Pro Engineer design software, we are able to set up 3D files according to both 2D drawings and actual samples provided by customers. All mold drawing, including gate area, cooling system, slide, core and cavity details are then given to customers for approval before making molds.

Furthermore, our development department specialists are able to generate 3D images of products to be made in every position, every function and every color.

If this visualization is sufficient, we can use our contacts with first-class model-makers who will quickly produce a 3D model in the desired size from drawings. Therefore, the customer gets to have an accurate copy of a specially-designed product in hand before a tool is produced.
